5D Cancer Services delivers four core radiation techniques on the Gemini 360: adaptive SBRT, brain SRS, spatially fractionated radiotherapy (SFRT/LATTICE), hypofractionated radiation, and low-dose radiation for benign conditions. Most cancer courses finish in 5–15 sessions instead of 20–45.

• Platform: Akesis Gemini 360 (FDA-cleared, image-guided, daily-adapted)
• SBRT: 5 sessions for prostate, lung, liver, pancreatic, oligometastases
• SRS: 1–5 sessions for brain metastases and select benign lesions
• Hypofractionation: 5–15 sessions in place of 20–45 conventional visits
• Prostate adaptive workflow: 5-session SBRT with daily plan adaptation
• SFRT/LATTICE: heterogeneous high-dose lattice for bulky / radioresistant tumors
• Low-dose RT: ~6 short sessions over 2–3 weeks for benign conditions
• All treatments planned and supervised by board-certified radiation oncologists
