## Core Philosophy: A.I.M.

- **Adaptation** — The treatment plan is re-calculated daily to match the tumour's current shape and position. Tumours shrink; organs shift; the plan adapts.
- **Imaging** — High-quality real-time MR imaging is acquired before every session to make accurate daily adaptation possible.
- **Margins** — Because the tumour position is confirmed each day, safety margins can be reduced — exposing less healthy tissue to radiation and minimising side effects.

The three principles are interdependent: adaptation without imaging is guesswork; imaging without adaptation is wasted capability; neither converts to patient benefit without tighter margins.
