He joined Access Radiation Oncology in January 2023 as Chief Business Development Officer, and previously served as Sr. Director of Business Development for ViewRay, a start-up developing next-generation cancer therapy utilizing MR Linac technology. Erick's expertise in business development also includes tenure as VP of Business Development at DermEbx, where he championed projects focusing on NMSC (non-melanoma skin cancer) in the dermatology oncology market. Mr. Gonzales has also worked as Sr. Director of Business Development at Xoft Inc., where he developed a market strategy to integrate IORT (one-day) radiotherapy with breast surgical oncologists to improve breast cancer treatment. A cornerstone of Erick's success is his approach encompassing strong relationships with strategic partners, building referral patterns, a deep understanding of buyer behavior, and identifying vertical market opportunities. Stevens, M.D. Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist Dr. Stevens grew up a violinist in Northern Colorado, the son of a university music professor and an entomologist. On a music scholarship he attended Colorado State University, where he also competed on the varsity tennis team. He earned his M.D. from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 1986, completed an internship at Pacific Presbyterian Medical Center in San Francisco, and finished his residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of California, Irvine in 1990 — training alongside world-renowned brachytherapist Dr. Nisar Syed in Long Beach and spending nearly a year at the City of Hope Medical Center in Duarte, CA. In October 1990 he joined Radiology Specialists in the Las Vegas valley.
